Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
We are growing and in need of an Outside Roofing Sales Representative to support our Florida market. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop new leads and follow up one company leads, build estimates, and help grow our business. We are looking for a professional to become an integral part of our team!
Job Summary:
• Roofing Sales Representatives will be self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
• Marketing your efforts through cold calling, following up on company leads, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
Qualifications
3 years experience in commercial roofing sales and other related fields
- Knowledgeable in a variety of roofing systems
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated and Team Player
- Experience in growing market share
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong negotiation skills
